Iconic Harbour Bridge Views and Contemporary Design: Point Piper in Sydney

Welcome to Point Piper, an amazing harbour front property which opens up to its awesome surroundings, the iconic Harbour Bridge views,  and showcasing a contemporary space arrangement filled with light, black and white contrasts and inspiring decorating elements throughout. Point Piper is an imposing four storey house stripped to its concrete structure, remodeled and refurbished by creative and enthusiastic team of architects and interior designers from Sydney-based design firm Redgen Mathieson, whose philosophy is based on a strong sense of scale, form and material, and an emphasis on subtly detailed spaces set to outware changing fashions.

Its first noticeable original feature is the Limestone, American Oak and Arabescato marble used throught the residence, contrasting the wooden furniture and walls panelled in Oak and Belgian linen both at living and bedroom levels, visually making the house stand out. The clients’ contemporary art collection gives a touch of authenticity to the interior design. The facade displays sliding glass doors which open up to balconies and terraces and allow the inhabitants to enjoy the beautiful surrounding natural landscape. On the harbour level terrace a refurbished swimming pool invites you to relax and enjoy the splendid weather together with your family, make this residence a great place of refuge too, a holiday house. The planning was simplified and a new circulation spine, with circular lift and stair, added and extended to the upper arrival level to the house. Did Point Piper meets your idea of a stylish home?
