Utriai residence has an unique architecture, with unusual geometrical form architecture. For this construction the designer used natural materials like wood, glass, reinforced concrete and steel frame that rises up into the air so this becomes like a shelter for the two cars of the young proprietary.

The designer challenger was beside the shape of the architecture, to create a futuristic interior design because of the large space that can be used in an efficient way to fill in with a beautiful furniture.

This interior design has a natural and soft tones color; the living room is an open space because of the surrounding large windows, from where you can admire the lovely landscape.
