We ran across this creative chair with a highly innovative design never before-seen that can add an original touch to any kitchen or dining room, being easily noticed among the other pieces of furniture. Imagined by Romanian designer Andrei Otet for Romanian Design exhibition in 2011, the Gravity Chair is a concept that is part of the gravity collection.
Its unique and modern design showcases a silhouette inspired by the human spine: curved overlapped shapes supported by a frame made of steel painted white which can’t be seen, making one believe that every piece floats. Thus, it’s created a very interesting optical illusion of floatation and fluctuation in absence of gravity. This creative chair can be made of white wood or translucent orange acrylic.
