A new super marina complex is completed by Super Marina Complex designed Broadway Malyan , has implemented a international architecture for a good urbanism who is made for a design competition by client Lusort, this great project with a big ideas redevelopment of the award. The project includes a hospitality space, a great place for new office space for the client Lusort and the port authorities, workshop spaces, and a great parking zone for 106 vehicles spaces, with a great landscape environment.
Lisbon-based director Margarida Caldeira said: “The striking canopy seemingly floats over the marina buildings, public space and pedestrian terraces in harmony with the marine environment. It will create an iconic gateway to the renowned marina, and raise the profile of the outer harbor, as well as provide shade for the buildings and public areas during the summer, and protection from the elements in the winter.”
