One of the latest collection from Bitossi Ceramiche prezented at Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2012 (Milan from 17th to 22nd April) was Karim Rashid’s Symbolik collection, a special limited collection with an interesting symbolic language and creative force which pays tribute to iconic design. Inspired by the totems that Ettore Sotsass originally designed for Bitossi Ceramiche’s 50th anniversary, this collection features six new objects of contemporary design: velocity, modularity, phenomena, love and soul, with a strong personality which find their ideal in the ceramic material that can so easily adapt to the shapes of the elements.

The creative power and recognition of Karim Rashid have long been companions path for Bitossi Ceramics, thus some of the collections that Rashid has designed for the company now represents a classic ‘Made in Italy’ excellence. You can see them by visiting the site.
