Nautilus II Coffee Table is the second edition of the already awarded Nautilus Coffee table, an outstanding piece of furniture shaping the logarithmic spiral found within the Nautilus shell. But how can we achieve such perfect form which we commonly find in nature? Well, the award winning UK based furniture designer Marc Fish known for its fine bespoke furniture got these perfect proportions due to a successful combination between innovative constructional techniques and modern computer aided technology and with also the help of the Golden Ratio.

This complex technique Marc has developed for achieving this splendid design of a coffee table replicates very well the texture and patterns of a nautilus shell,  the spiral being  carefully layered by over 4000 individual pieces of walnut and sycamore veneer. Japanese paper, glass and aluminum are the other materials used by Marc Fish to define this exceptional and unique design. You can find the Nautilus II coffee table to buy through Andrew Lamberty, London.
