Although this is a rather obvious thing and for many people will be common sense, we felt it was still responsible to highlight that you need to think of the size of property you like. Don’t just start searching and falling in love with a property, as you may find a beautiful property that would need serious renovations to fit in with the size of your family and the type of lifestyle you prefer. Make a list of the features and criteria the property you want to buy should have and then look for available homes that meet those needs.
