The Moneypenny office, which is based in Wrexham, UK – is truly a work of art. Designed by AEW Architects and covering an area of 91,000ft² it was officially opened by the Prince of Wales in 2017.
The three-storey building has a huge 17m high central atrium, known by the staff simply as ‘the middle’ which comes complete with canteen, extensive seating areas, its very own bar and an iconic treehouse meeting room.
The office has been designed to represent the company’s professional & pioneering approach to business. The telephone answering service provider is also committed to ensuring that they have the “happiest workplace in the UK” and with the office designed after consultation with employees, it represents Moneypenny’s ongoing commitment to keep the staff as happy as possible.
Designed with Employees Front of Mind
With staff wellbeing in mind, the company has recently invested in a state of the art gymnasium that overlooks both the Wrexham skyline and the local mountain range. Whilst on the opposite side of the building is the huge sun-terrace which is a popular spot during lunch hours in the summer months.
During the summer months, the staff and visitors (there are plenty) can enjoy a cool drink in the bar or upon the extensive decking-area which overlooks a pond, vegetable garden and landscaped grounds which boast a footpath surrounded by the natural beauty that the North Wales location has to offer.
A Perfect Semi-Rural Location
Located approximately 30 minutes’ drive from Liverpool and 40 minutes’ from Manchester, the office is flanked on the opposite side by the beautiful Clwydian Mountain Range; and resides under an hour’s drive from the center of the stunning Snowdonia National Park.
