In this post we show you an amazing pet shop design that you definitely not see every time you go to buy something to your furry friend. If you imagine that this 950 square foot modern and playful environment was before a very dark lounge, than we think you agree with us that the professional interior design firm based in Vancouver, British Columbia, MCM Interiors, has done a tremendous work, especially if we think it was created as well with a limited budget. “My Fluffy Friend’s Pet Shop” is an interactive space, as clients requested, featuring an outdoor theme designed for both dog owners and dogs.
Contemporary shelves with white and curved design are suspended on the walls allowing for plenty of clear space where pets can wander free while their masters are looking for something to buy them. Inspired from nature, “My Fluffy Friend’s Pet Shop” is infused with bright, bold colors, creating the feeling of fresh air as soon as you enter it. Modern, abstract interpretation of forms found in nature give an striking appearance: in the middle of the front retail display space the big structural column was transformed into an artistic huge tree, whose branches are painted MDF rings suspended from the ceiling.; little mushroom shaped pegs on the desk top allowing dog owners to temporarily leash their pet, while they complete their transaction.
The cash desk area is also very creative showcasing the company logo on the back wall, while a glowing green grass inspired back lit front panel provides light and interest. Additional renovations included a training room area with fun cartoon like tree shaped wall tattoos, as well as an exercise room with doggie treadmills available to rent in the back.
