You will need:

Step 2: Draw the Design for Your Rack:

Layout some marks to set the parameter of your sides then sketch out a design for them. Decide how deep and tall you want your golf bag organizer to be. The general idea for the measurement of a golf bag organizer is 19 inches wide and 37 inches tall.

Step 3: Cutting

To avoid cutting extra plywood, first sketch out one side of your rack design with a pencil then cut it out with a jigsaw. Then flip it over to where it is upside down and use it to trace out the second side of your rack.

Next, cut a footer that is 2⅛  inches tall and 44⅜ long (or measurement of your choice), then put one pocket hole in each end. Next, attached it to one side piece so that it is flush with the front.

Note: Do not attach the other end yet.

Now, cut a bottom that is 17½ x 44⅜  (or any measurement that meets your needs) and put in four pockets on each end, and three along the front. On the top of the bottom piece, cut in two compartments that are ⅜ inches deep so that you can later attach the center cubby section.

Cut all the necessary parts for the rack such as shelves.

Step 4: Attaching the Parts Together

Next, attach the sides and the footer.

Then place the unit on its side to make this part easier.

Attach the sides, then screw down the three pockets in the front to connect it to the footer. After screwing down one side and the footer, flip it over and repeat on the other side.

To add some additional support,  lay the unit on its face and cut three runners to attach to the underside of the bottom. Then drill three pocket holes on the runner and glue and nail them into place at their position.

Start attaching the shelves.

Attach all the parts of the rack together.

Apply some edge banding so that the edges and stain everything at the end.

Now, you have your new golf bag organizer.
