    Banco Ciudad Headquarters by Foster and Partners

    The new corporate headquarters for Banco Ciudad de Buenos Aires designed by Foster and Partners, working with construction firm, CRIBA S.A. and local architect, occupies the entire city block in the neighborhood of Parque Patricia. Design for Banco Ciudad de Buenos Aires reflect the setting of park-side buildings, with landscaped courtyards and shaded sidewalks, using materials that are based on past industrial site to enhance the unique character of the neighborhood.

    The system site extends to the limits and is arranged as an internal campus of ‘villages’, which are interconnected with circulation routes and external landscaped patios.
    Light filled spaces are united by a flowing roof , supported by thin pillars, designed to shade the large entrance plaza, Large atrium directs circulation between four levels of offices with terraces, all with direct view to the park. Based on a grid of eight square meters of floor plates are generous allowing a high degree of flexibility in planning work-spaces.

    Banco Ciudad de Buenos Aires project

    Is designed to have an impact-positive on the environment and social environment of the city. The plans are part of an initiative to regenerate largest Patricia Barrio Parque, an area with a mild form of industrial southern city that is emerging as a focus of a high-tech focus of industrial aspects. The Project is practically the first office developed in Argentina, incorporates a number of sustainable features and aims LEDD SILVER Accreditation. This exposed including use of thermal mass with chilled beams for according cooling, and reducing energy demand through shaded facades that are oriented according shade protection on the path of the sun, but also by encouraging natural ventilation.

    Feldballe perfect place for family social life

    It’s not a house, but it is a perfect place for families looking for freedom and social interaction designed by Gus Wüstemann Architects.


    Designers have created this special place  for family life, where everybody meets and circulates on the first floor, there we have a beautiful view over the lake of  Zürich, the building separating the parents which is at the top of the building of they children which is at the bottom of the building. Children living in the garden, where everything is white, as in Greek cities, but also happy protected by their parents. In this area we have access to the garden and the pool, where we play various games.
    Central living area is connected with a concrete garden sculpture , which is a tribune with beautiful views where you can relax and drink with your friends.
    In this social hub we meet a swimming pool.
    Privacy is assured of facades made of translucent polycarbonate (scobalit), and to the east there is a private courtyard and in south we put Sky-Frame windows (sliding screens).
    The kitchen is a block where you can cook, shower behind a light sculpture.

    The Water Discus Underwater Hotel

    When we want to speak about architecture, Dubai has ingenious ideas with an open mind in the architecture for future, Discus Water Hotel will be a spaceship shaped building perched half water half above water.


    Hotel in Water Discus includes two discs, one of which is under water and the other which is above water, this ingenious combination allows visitors to admire both parts, deep ocean environment and environment above the water, these two parts of this structure are concentrated in 5 solid feet and a vertical cylinder containing an elevator and a staircase, this size of each disk was adjusted to local conditions.
    This hotel can be framed in futuristic architectural ideas yet bizarre, underwater hotel is a challenge for modern architecture, the idea of being able to look at underwater life while sitting in bed arouses great interest.

    • Underwater hotel section it is situated 10 meters deep and have 21 rooms of the hotel adjacent to the dive center.
    • A special lighting system will illuminate flora and outside environment and a high technology system allows you to zoom in on images give water to attract attention.

    Subaquatic Aquarium Water Planet by Urban A&O

    The Steinhart Aquarium in San Francisco presents the diversity of life on earth and the various habitats they provide. This project presents a comprehensive view of the connection between water and form of life that makes this planet unique. The centerpiece of the Steinhart Aquarium is The Water Planet, is an exhibition of 10000 square meters which includes new modes of exhibition design and modern technology. Exposed space is remarkable seamless integration of live animals and a strong classification in multimedia, in order to bring visitors face to face with complex natural events.

    Water Planet sets new benchmarks for  visual public, conceptual and full of creativity for designers of aquariums, but in the same tine a unique experience for lovers of the world water to form walls obtained artificial. For fluid and interactive islands, Thinc, leading exhibition designer for the aquarium as a whole , contacted the Urban A & O, which has skills and vision to created the unique forms using CATIA, parametric modeling software that allows an accurate control in design and manufacturing.
    The designers has created the environment that manages perfectly interaction with media systems but also enabling the public to approach to visualize the 39 tanks of living organisms, three islands rich with media that exhibits intercativitate life forms that live in such a climate .

    Experienced hands-on tactile interaction with real specimens, such as dry coral and teeth of sharks, with interactive media that contextualize the objects and provide interesting meetings with water bodies and  living creatures.

    Marshall Avenue Kew by Domoney aAchitecture contains 6 flats over three levels plus basement. We can describe this project as an urban renewal, thereby replacing six lower house; the project having the possibility to redress the deficiencies of previous development. It includes a special opportunity to respond to climatic conditions by adopting modern construction technologies.


    The ground floor is divided into two living areas, separated by a central core accommodating private lift, laundry room and powder.
    A flow between living areas provide visual access and connectivity between garden and backyard. Expanded glass offers a good balance of natural light throughout the day. Parking and storage space are provided in the basement for each home, while sleeping rooms are on second floor where natural light is captured by windows and sliding door panels, which provides access to balconies private. The attic is fitted with roof windows , with bathrooms and corridors of natural light during the day also. Homes range in size from 216 to 230 square feet on three levels. The exterior walls are thermally insulated, the all windows are double in order to ensure acoustic privacy within the home.

    A world suspended in time which wearing a special design and keep the contemporary lines, this world is very well captured by Sergio Gioberto and Marilena Noro. We can observe in their pictures a part of past mystery, which invite us to discover it. Their work includes a series of dualities elements and ambiguities, for example light and shadow, simple and complex, natural and cultural, rational and irrational.

    In images we can observe how well the mystery is revealed with design lines, which seems to lead us to think to the Egyptian pyramids. It’s a world of contrasts inside, and unleashes the opposite, it’s a perfect interaction between volume and inner emptiness in a world that seems suspended in time.

    Plants are essential to our life, they are the source of life, both, people and for all types of form life at our planet, people in nature always looking grassy places to recharge batteries from everyday stress, parks and gardens are places that any metropolis arranging for us to provide a quiet place in nature,where we forget if making sure that all double glazed windows and doors have solid secure locks for our home.

    • Gardens by the Bay is designed by Gustafson Porter and Grant, they extend on 101 ha, is ever a house that has over a quarter million rare plants and an integral part of Singapore government’s strategy to turn Singapore into a garden city.
    • The stated aim is to increase quality of life by increasing the greenery and flowers in town.
